As a hobby as you can see I spend most my time photographing stuff here and there. I started photography somewhere in 2004 to somehow impress I girl that I liked and evolved the last years a lot also to impress the girl that I love for 7 years already. But that story is spread throughout the blog so no need to unfold it here.
Why “DYSTALGIA” ?
Well I came out with the term while being high one day. It’s not in any dictionary but basically what it means (what I feel it means) is a for of nostalgia that towards a past or present that never was but with the right choices and circumstances could have been. I am a strong believer in parallel universes theories and even if I don’t quite understand the math behind it a big fan of quantum mechanics and the philosophical and existential implications of it. That’s why the background image of the site is a photo of particle traces in a bubble chamber after a particle collision in an accelerator. Call me the Schrodinger’s cat that is dead and ponders upon the possibility of her being alive.
a funny fact: After I came out with the name I searched the web for it and the only place that was used was this little blog that deals (dealt, because it’s been dead for 5 years) with.. mostly quantum stuff.

Foarte foarte faine fotografiile. Sunt innebunit aici… ce lumina si ce detaliu peste tot. Nemaipomenit!
Voiam sa te felicit si sa te rog daca poti sa arunci o privire peste fotigrafiile mele si daca ai timp sa imparti cateva sfaturi legate de tehnica/echipament.

De ce nu v-oti pune voi artistii un mail sau un telefon de contact, nu stiu. Mai ales voi astia care lucrati si bine. Salut! Spune-mi te rog, intr-un mail, daca ai mai multe imagini de la pestera Devetaki din Bulgaria, ti-am gasit o imagine pe un site englezesc si doua la tine pe facebook, si de aici ideea; si bineinteles daca vrei sa facem un articol despre pestera, cu imaginile tale, pe care sa-l publicam pe Traveloman.ro. Credit, link-uri catre tine, conform cu cele care se gasesc deja ca standard pe Traveloman. Si cine stie poate vrei sa devii Traveloman.
